What types of machines are available at Lafayette Econ-O-Wash?
We offer modern, stainless steel Speed Queen front-load washers in multiple sizes, including extra-large machines for bulky items. Our dryers are also Speed Queen models with large capacities, designed to dry clothes quickly and gently. All dryers have reversing to help eliminate balling, tangling, and wrinkling.
What is ozone washing and how does it benefit my laundry?
Ozone washing enhances cleaning by breaking down odors, bacteria, and residues more effectively than traditional washing. It helps deliver fresher, cleaner clothes while reducing the need for harsh chemicals.
What are your hours of operation?
Lafayette Econ-O-Wash is open daily from 5:00 AM to Midnight (Last Wash 10:45pm), giving you flexibility to do laundry when it best fits your schedule.

Why should I use Lafayette Econo Wash?
We have no restroom key on the stick, high speed extract on all our Speed Queen washer/extractors and front load washers. We offered today’s convenience of consistent paying methods throughout the store. Sorry we do not accept coins. Our Dryer all have reversing to better dry.
What payment options are available?
We offer flexible payment options including the Speed Queen app, currency, credit card, debit card or tap to pay with Apple pay and Google pay and Scan-Pay-Wash as well.
How do I know which machines are available?
Our Wash Alert display near the entrance shows real-time machine status using color indicators, making it easy to see which washers and dryers are available or finishing soon.
What amenities are available while I wait?
Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, vending machines for soap and snacks, spacious folding areas, a children’s reading zone with free books, computer stations for kids, security cameras, and a clean, comfortable environment designed around modern technology.
How do I know when the washers and dryers are completed?
By using the Speed Queen app, can choose to be notified when there’s either through a text or email when there’s one or two minutes remaining on the cycle.
Is Econo wash a clean Laundromat?
